Seafarers’ Access

The Maryland Port Administration (MPA) provides free transportation for seafarers between vessels moored at any MPA terminal and the terminal’s main entrance gate.

To request transportation, the seafarer or vessel agent must contact Allied Universal, MPA’s security services contractor at (667)228-4633 or by e-mail at [email protected].

Transportation will be provided within sixty (60) minutes of the request between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm, daily. Requests submitted between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am require 24 hours' advance notice, except in unforeseen circumstances.
