Harbor Team

The Harbor Team was created in 2003 to advise Maryland Port Administration (MPA) on placement options for the Baltimore Harbor as part of the state’s Dredged Material Management Program. Participants represent a broad spectrum of community, business, local government and environmental interests from around the harbor. The committee completed its report to MPA in late 2003. The team was later fully reactivated to assist with the identification of alternate placement options, and submitted recommendations in 2011. It is staffed by MPA and consultants.

To contact committee members, send an e-mail to ecoport@marylandports.com or call the Maryland Port Administration at 410-385-4438.
