Filing a Complaint:

You can file a complaint of discrimination with MDOT or MPA's Office of Fair Practices. All information submitted is confidential and reviewed by staff. Once the investigation has been completed, you will receive a written response with regards to your allegations. You may appeal the decision within 10 days from receipt to:
