Mr. Walter Tilley, Jr.

Walter Tilley, Jr. is the CEO of Home Paramount Pest Control. Mr. Tilley previously served as the owner of three companies simultaneously; Home Paramount, York Printing and York Distributions.

Prior to his business endeavors, Mr. Tilley served in the United States Marine Corps. Upon completion of his military service, he joined Home Exterminating Company, where his father, Walter Tilley Sr. served as the CEO. Under Walter Tilley Jr.’s leadership, Home Exterminating Company expanded by acquiring Paramount Termite Control, a Virginia based company which led to Home Paramount. In addition to serving as CEO, Mr. Tilley has served on several boards of directors, including Duke University School of Law, Harford National Bank, Upper Chesapeake Medical System, Franklin Square Hospital and University of Maryland Medical Board. Mr. Tilley received the Baltimore Entrepreneur of the Year in 1995.

Walter and Nancy have been married 45 years and have two children and five grandchildren.
