Photography Policy

1. Photography, filming or videotapin​g on any terminal of the MPA is strictly prohibited.

2. Film, videotape or any other image retention device or technology utilized on an MPA terminal to capture images is subject to confiscation by the MPA Office of Security or the Maryland Transportation Authority Police.

3. An exception to A and B above can only be granted by the MPA Office of Security to those entities approved by the MPA Office of Security in advance of any such activity.

4. The above procedure/regulation is outlined within the Maritime Transportation Security Act of 2002 and 33 Code of Federal Regulations subsection 105.260.
